Order Information
How do I find an item?
You may search our products by accessing Search Product link at the top right of any page on our site. Type in a phrase such as "Scar Remover", "Height Enhancer", "Energy Saver" or any other description, brand or item. You also have options for categories, manufacturers, price range or date range for a more advanced product searching.
How do I place an order?
Once you have chosen a product, simply click the "Buy Now" button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart. At that point, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart and have made any changes to your product quantity, click the "Checkout Now" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction. Note that you should click the update button in What’s In My Cart? Page if you changed the quantity of the product(s) you're purchasing.
Does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies" to place
an order?
Yes. Your browser has to accept cookies to place an order with us. Generally,
browsers accept cookies by default. However, you may need to change your settings
to enable cookies if you're experiencing problems in the ordering process.

Can I still place an order even if the item I am ordering is out of
stock?
No. You cannot order a product that is out of stock. EZ Shop Online Store only
sells products that are on stock in our warehouses.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
No. We're sorry but orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted.
We process orders immediately, and once an order begins the fulfillment process
we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope
that in the majority of cases our faster processing times works to your advantage.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order Status allows you to check on the status of all your recent orders, whether a single order or more extensive history. Log-in in your account and access My Account Information -> My Orders to find your order status. For quick access, you may find your order status in the Overview section of My Account Information.
How do I cancel an order?
We process orders immediately after you settled payment and once an order begins the fulfillment process
we are unable to modify it. Please email customer care at support@myezshopmall.com

Does EZ Shop Online Store accept international orders?
EZ Shop Online Store accepts orders for delivery to Philippine destinations and International destinations.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
After confirming your payment, your order will be delivered in due time. For domestic shipping (within Philippines), a one-day express delivery is common for LBC Express while a scheduled delivery is set for EZ Shop Deliveries. For International shipping, please wait two (2) to seven (7) days of delivery based on your location. Please open your e-mail that you have registered on this site for your Order Process notification. From time to time, please open your e-mail or your EZ Shop Shoppers Club account for further communications with us regarding your order.
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
You may visit your Order History by logging-in in your account. Click My Account menu in upper left or in footer sections of EZ Shop Online Store. Once logged-in, you have various options one of which is My Orders. Click the link "View the orders I have made" and you will be informed of your Order History. Order status is displayed among other order information. If you want to know the meaning of your order status, click "Order Status Definitions" in the Order Tracking menu of the site's footer section.

Is my order information secured online?
You can shop with confidence on EZ Shop Online Store. We utilize advanced SSL technology via the award-winning Comodo SSL Certifications, which encrypts your personal information to help protect it from being decoded by anyone other than EZ Shop Online Store.
To verify SSL encryption, just look for a small lock or key near the bottom of your browser window when accessing your account during your EZ Shop checkout procedure. Moreover, the "http://" portion in your address bar will be changed to "https://" indicating "s" as secured.
When is my credit card charged?
During your checkout in EZ Shop Online Store, your credit card is automatically debited with a status of "Captured Transactions" for your online payment. It is assumed that you held responsible on your online payment and in no circumstance that you will refuse whatsoever your online payment transactions with EZ Shop Online Store. The site is secured using the latest Comodo SSL certifications and the built-in YESpayment Solutions online fraud technologies. Rest assured that you transact with us securely.

Shipping & Returns
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours. Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 7 days. If you have chosen express delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days and orders shipped using super express should be received within 3 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.
If I live outside the Philippines, can I order from EZ Shop Online Store?
Yes. We ship products to all destinations DHL/Airborne Express can deliver for International zones while we ship domestically (within Philippines) through LBC Express.
How much shipping and handling will I pay?
Shipping rates depend on destination and amount of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order.
What are the scheduled days of deliveries of EZ Shop Deliveries?
EZ Shop Deliveries will be made only within the following cities/provinces of the Republic of the Philippines:
- NCR - Mondays to Fridays
- Bulacan - Saturdays and Wednesdays
- Pampanga - Sundays
- Tarlac - Sundays
- Laguna - Mondays and Thursdays
- Cavite - Tuesdays and Fridays
- Batangas - Tuesdays and Fridays
- Rizal - Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
The rest of the Philippines are scheduled as per LBC Express is concerned while International deliveries are done with DHL/Airborne Express. For LBC and DHL, you will be notified of estimated days of deliveries based on your location. Please give us your correct location during your account creation with us for our couriers to deliver your packages correctly.

How do I set up an account?
If you have never shopped with EZ Shop Online Store or placed an order by phone, you may click here for a new customer account. If you have placed an order by phone, you can enter your email address and create a password, you may also click here for a new customer account to establish your EZ Shop Online Store profile.
What is the benefit of setting up an account?
By creating an account at EZ Shop Online Store you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Setting up and maintaining an account will simplify your shopping experience at EZ Shop Online Store . Just register with us once and start benefiting from our convenient account services -- such as a personal address book that simplifies your shipping choices, and our order tracking program to monitor all your orders.
How do I change my password?
Log-in in your account then click "My Account" in My Account Information page. Click on "Change my account password" to update your password. If you haven’t already signed in, you’ll be asked to sign in with your e-mail account and current password.
If I misplace my password, how do I retrieve it?
Whether logging into your account or completing the checkout process, you are required to enter a password to access your personal information. In the event that you forget your password, EZ Shop Online Store offers an easy-to-use retrieval process. If you have forgotten your password you can click "Password forgotten? Click here." link at customer log-in page. It will take you to our password prompt page where you can have your password e-mailed to you immediately.
How do I view my order history?
Go to "My Account" and log in with your email address and
password. Select "Account Settings" to make changes to your account,
"Address Book" to make changes to your personal address book.
How do I view my order history?
Go to "My Account" or "Customer Login" then log-in with your e-mail address and password, and select Order History to view the status of all your recent orders in your account.
How do I update the name and/or address on my EZ Shop Online Store account?
You can update your name and billing address online. Just click on the My Account link at the top left menu and footer sections of EZ Shop Online Store. Then log-in in your account. Look for the My Account link on My Account Information page.

If you would like to write and submit a review for one of our products, go to the desired product’s detail page. At the bottom of that page, click on the "Reviews" link. You will be taken to our "Customer Comments" page where you can enter your feedback on the product by clicking Write Review link on the lower right corner.

How do I unsubscribe from the shopping email or other EZ Shop Online Store emails?
Log-in in your account then go to E-mail Notifications. Click "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters". Then uncheck General Newsletter checkbox to unsubscribe. If you feel you want to subscribe again for EZ Shop newsletter, repeat these steps again but this time check the General Newsletter checkbox.
